This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses, for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it. If it is deemed that PSA caused damage to your card during the grading process, Sean Doroudian will help facilitate a damage claim on your behalf with PSA, however, such initiation is not an omission of guilt or any wrongdoing. Simply a service offered to the customer as a courtesy. If you pay to have your card cracked out of its current slab, you understand that there is a risk of damage to your card and Sean Doroudian (Highendcasebreaks) will not be liable for such damage.
